Use of the App

Mossify is a personal, non-commercial app designed for your enjoyment. You may use it for its intended purpose — growing your digital garden by spending time away from your phone.

In-App Purchases

Mossify offers optional in-app purchases to unlock additional emoji sets. All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and refund policies. Purchases are non-transferable.

Intellectual Property

All content in Mossify — including the design, code, and branding — is owned by us. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app.

No Warranty

Mossify is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep the app working smoothly, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of data stored on your device.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
